These terms apply to all services booked with Machu Picchu From Cusco E.I.R.L., a tour operator registered in Cusco, Peru. By booking you accept them on behalf of every traveler in your reservation.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed when we receive the deposit indicated for each tour (30% or 50%) or the full payment, and send you the confirmation email. Inca Trail permits and Machu Picchu tickets are bought only after confirmation and are subject to availability at that moment.
Traveler information
You must provide each traveler's full name, nationality, date of birth and passport number exactly as they appear in the passport. Errors may make permits or tickets invalid and are the traveler's responsibility.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars per person and include only the services listed under 'Included'. Online payments carry a 5% processing fee. The balance is paid at the briefing in Cusco the day before departure.
Changes by the operator
Weather, landslides, strikes or decisions of the authorities may force us to change the route or timetable. We will always look for the closest equivalent alternative and act in the interest of your safety.
Health and insurance
Travelers must be in suitable physical condition for the chosen tour and inform us of any relevant medical condition. We strongly recommend travel insurance covering high-altitude trekking, medical care and evacuation.
